Trials for the Big Event

Hair and make-up trials are essential to ensuring you get the perfect look on your wedding day.
We would strongly recommend a bride book her trials in the month leading up to her wedding.
Some brides like to be super organised and book the trials six months prior to the date, but we
may encounter problems in doing this due to the lengthy time span before the wedding. If the hair
length or colour alters dramatically after the hair trial, this trial will be rendered obsolete as the
stylist will be working with new material on the wedding day and it may be impossible to achieve
identical results.

Practically, some brides may decide to use their trials for their hen night, however, please bear
in mind that several people will get a preview of your wedding day look and, as a result, your big
day dramatic entrance may lose a little of its desired impact.

Through our experience with bridal appointments, we have learned to always recommend a
bride try organise her trials on a weekday when the salon tends to be that bit quieter than our
hectic weekends. Our bridal team like to allocate as much time as possible for a thorough
consultation with our brides and prefer to meet in a calm midweek atmosphere if at all possible.

We suggest you coincide your trial day with a dress fitting as it is very helpful to get an overall
picture of what you will look like on the day of the actual wedding, making sure you are satisfied
that both hair and make-up perfectly complement your dress.

If you have no idea what type of hair or make-up look you desire, do not worry! We have dealt
